Item Description:
The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites you to submit a proposal to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the above subject. Proposals are required to be received by ITC no later than 23:59 CET, 27 July 2020 (Closing Date).
This RFP consists of this letter, the subsequent instructions and the following annexes:
- Annex A: Acknowledgement Letter
- Annex B: Terms of references
- Annex C: Financial Proposal (mandatory – please use the ITC template form to be submitted dully filled and signed)
- Annex D: UN General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services (mandatory – please sign).
You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex A – Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company, to the ITC via email to msarkulova@intracen.org, Attention: Manshuk Sarkulova, ITC Procurement Services, who shall serve as a focal point of contact with regard to this RFP, no later than 8 July 2020. The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a proposal and if not, indicate the reason.
