La Division des achats de l’Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT) lance un avis d’appel à soumissionner afin de contracter une entreprise pour le remplacement du système d’expansion du chauffage du bâtiment La Tour de l’UIT.
Pour la soumission d’une offre, la procedure est la suivante :
- La visite du site : Une visite facultative du site aura lieu le mardi 14 juillet 2020 à 08h00 (heure de Genève) à la réception de Montbrillant de l’UIT, 2 rue de Varembé, 1211 Genève 20, Suisse.
- La demande de clarification : Toute demande de précisions supplémentaires concernant les aspects techniques ou la procédure de cette demande de soumission devra être faite par email au plus tard le lundi 03 août 2020 à 12h00 (heure de Genève).
- La date de soumission : la date limite de soumission est le vendredi 14 août 2020 à 12h00 (heure de Genève).
