Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment for Migration Information & Data Analysis System (MIDAS)

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment for Migration Information & Data Analysis System (MIDAS). Please see Section 2 of this document

A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders by sending email to iomabujatenders@iom.int

Bids shall be valid for a period of forty five calendar days (45 cd) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than 2% of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of certified check or bank guarantee or letter of credit from a reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered in a sealed envelope together with the complete bid document submission, and shall be delivered to:

Bids will be opened at the above address, date and time in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
