Provision of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System Upgrade

Item Description:

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.

Objective of this tender

The “Contractor” shall provide an upgrade of the current CCTV system, replacing, relocating, supplying, and installing up to Thirty (30) externally located IP video cameras and applicable hardware, software, housing and cabling in accordance with the information provided. The upgrade will deliver cameras that are compatible and integrate with IFAD’s existing Video Management and Analytics Software (VMAS) “Milestone” and provide preferably improved or at minimum equal capability of the cameras already linked to IFAD’s “Milestone” system. Additionally, ongoing support and maintenance of the system is required throughout the lifecycle of the system;

Participants are invited to submit their best offers, with the most updated security technology and at the best commercial conditions to upgrade IFAD’s current CCTV system and integrate into the existing System;

IFAD representative shall organize a site visit for the contractors to familiarize themselves with existing conditions. The time and date are communicated in the documents.
