Provision of electrical rewiring and associated works to two (2) UNFICYP locations

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the electrical rewiring of various buildings at Maple Leaf Camp at the United Nations Protected Area (UNPA) in Nicosia and San Martin Camp in Skouriotissa village, Cyprus.

The requirement includes, but is not limited to the following:

• supply and installation of new main cables to the buildings;
• supply and installation of main protective devices and earth rods;
• supply and installation of distribution boards;
• new electrical surfaced mounted installation, supply and installation of new electrical equipment and LED lighting fittings;
• installation of new poles, overhead lines, stay rods and add-on blocks

The project also includes the removal of the existing cables and other materials (all cables and materials made redundant as a result of the installations shall remain the property of UNFICYP).

Interested vendors shall have the opportunity to attend the Mandatory Site Visit as part of the solicitation exercise.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise.
