The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics inLuxembourg (OIL), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The purpose of this invitation to tender is the supply of point of sale (POS) terminals, collection software and associated services for the catering service of the European Commission in Luxembourg, including the following line items:

• line item 1: supply and commissioning of POS terminals and peripheral accessories, management software and associated training ;
• line item 2: hardware and software maintenance services, database hosting and after-sales support;
• line item 3: additional services, materials and consumables.
