    Item Description:

    This consultation concerns the works Lot 2: Improvement of the operating conditions of certain structures under the regional water supply of Tafilalet.

    This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on 28/01/2020.

    The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable” or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Lot 2: Improvement of the operating conditions of certain structures under the regional water supply of Tafilalet.

    Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

    To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

    • The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least Two Million and Four Hundred Thousand Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax (2 400 000,00 DH HT MAD), which is the total of effected payments received for on-going and / or completed contracts during the three past years (2016-2017-2018).
    • Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least two (2) contracts of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include:

    Supply, Transport, Laying of pressurized drinking water pipes with diameters greater than or equal to 300 mm over a line of 500 meters.

    The tender documents can be downloaded from the public procurement portal at: https://www.marchespublics.gov.ma.

    All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND Moroccan Dirhams(48 000,00 MAD) or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

    Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before Wednesday 25 November 2020 at 9H30 (local time).

    Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the opening on Wednesday 25 November 2020 at 10H00 (local time) at the address below.
