Update of the Roster of Suppliers UNHRD Network 2020

Item Description:

The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience. Each year, WFP assists some 80 million people in around 80 countries.

The United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot of World Food Programme hereinafter referred to as the “WFP-UNHRD” with its office located in EX – Strada provinciale No. 16 per San Vito dei Normanni (former US air force base), 72100 Brindisi, Italy UNHRD is a network of depots around the world (in Ghana, Italy, UAE, Malaysia, Panama, Spain) that procures, stores, manages and transports emergency items on behalf of the humanitarian community (more than 70 partners).

The WFP-UNHRD is soliciting expression of interest from qualified companies with previous expertise in the supply of the following item categories:

3. Electrical Kit
4. Fuel bladders
5. Generators
6. Gym equipment
7. Hygiene Kits
8. Incinerators
9. Jerry Can
10. Kitchen sets
11. Mobile office prefabs
12. Mosquito nets
13. MREs
14. MSU
15. NFI Q&Q Services
16. Prefabs furniture
17. Shelter Tool Kits & Repair Kits
18. Solar led lights
19. Squatting plates, latrines
20. Tarpaulin & Plastic Sheeting
21. Tents
22. Water purifications systems
23. Water tanks

to be inserted, upon verification of requested criteria, in the supplier’s roster.

The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to supply the requested range of above-mentioned item categories including the capacity of worldwide shipping and insurance. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in any future bidding process for the proposed tender.
