Annual inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers – integrated building management system (GEPI) for safety and fire-fighting equipment

Item Description:

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics, Luxembourg, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the contracting authority’) is considering awarding the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the letter of invitation to tender, the draft contract, the tender specifications, and the annexes thereto. Objective of the tender

The objective of the tender is the Annual inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers – integrated building management system (GEPI) for safety and fire-fighting equipment:

• Annual, preventive and corrective maintenance of the park for portable and mobile fire extinguishers distributed amongst several buildings pertaining to the Office of Infrastructures and Logistics — OIL Luxembourg;
• Annual, preventive and corrective maintenance of a structure of fixed fire extinguishing systems intended for the protection of cooking areas in professional kitchens;— management via the ‘GEPI’ intranet application, Facility Management system for safety and fire equipment.

Economic operators interested in this contract are invited to submit a tender in one of the official languages of the European Union.
