Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) intends to establish a long-term contract for the provision of on-site round-the-clock 24/7/365 Network Control Centre (NCC) services at the United Nations Information and Communication Technology Facility in Valencia, Spain.
The contractor shall provide Bridge Support and Event Management for the Service for Geospatial, Information and Telecommunications Technologies (SGITT), Telecommunications and Data Centre Infrastructure and associated equipment, including cloud-hosted services.
These services shall be provided in following the integrated Service and Information Security Management System certified against the ISO 20000:2011 and ISO 27001:2013.
The personnel assigned to the resulting contract shall be exclusively dedicated to this service/UNGSC, and shall have significant telecommunications and computing expertise as well as Service Management experience and qualifications.
