Analysis, Development and consultancy in the field of online learning assets for ECDC

Item Description:

ECDC is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist in the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and the tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Scope and objectives

This contract sets the framework, in the area of Analysis, development and consultancy in the field of online learning assets for ECDC, for specific contracts under which the ECDC will request deliverables in one or more of the following work packages:

• Work package 1 (WP1): providing analysis, guidance and trainings/workshop to further explore existing and new areas of digital learning. The target audience of these activities of analysis, guidance and trainings/workshop are ECDC staff and stakeholders.
• Work package 2 (WP2): development of online learning assets such as: e-learning courses (blended and standalone), e-learning pills (micro learning), tutorials and educational animations on public health related topics. The content of the products and the Content Matter Expertise (CME) will be provided by ECDC.
• Work package 3 (WP3): consultancy on online training activities best practices to enhance ECDC’s processes to create, maintain, deliver and archive online training activities. The fast changing environment of digital learning will set the pace for the need for such consultancy services. The consultancy will maximum be 10 % of the overall value of the framework contract for the whole duration of the contract.
