Provision of Various Self Seal Envelopes with the UNAMI Logo on an “as and when required” basis for UNAMI Baghdad, Iraq

Item Description:

1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has a requirement for the provision of various Self Seal Envelopes with the UNAMI logo on an as and when required basis for UNAMI in Baghdad, Iraq. Delivery of various Self Seal Envelopes with the UNAMI logo shall be affected within 5 working days from the date “Order”. 2.0 The Contract shall be established for an initial period of 3 years, with an option of extension for additional 2 years, one year at a time subject to UNAMI’s mandate and continued requirement for the services, and the Contractor’s performances. 3.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Requirement, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this request for expression of interest (EOI) and qualify for the tender. 4.0 Please note on the following: 4.1 This REOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. 4.2 UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and confirmed capability to meet the EOI Specific Requirements detailed in the following Section 5.0. Therefore, mere expressing of interest would not automatically warrant for receipt of the tender document. UNAMI also reserves the right to reject EOI responses received after the EOI deadline for responses.
