Supply & Delivery of Gym Equipment and Accessories to UNMISS Juba, South Sudan

The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to Supply & Delivery of Gym Equipment and Accessories to UNMISS Juba, South Sudan

Conditions

Interested vendors are invited to submit their EOIs for consideration by email, courier or by hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information:

1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level one [1] status.
2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.
3. Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (UNSPSC No. 49000000 – Sports and Recreational Equipment and Supplies and Accessories) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement.
4. Companies are required to indicate their location of interest and provide names of the hotels. Important Notice:

This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

The EOI, clearly marked “Supply and Delivery of GYM Equipment and Accessories to UNMISS Juba, South Sudan” must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Wednesday, 13th Jan 2021 at 16:00 hours (GMT or UTC +3), via email to mondri@un.org and hilowle@un.org in copy.
