Procurement of services for Design, Layout & Artwork

Item Description:

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India is soliciting offers for the above mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Request for information

Any questions concerning this invitation, must be forwarded in writing by email at jaipur.consultants@unicef.org, with specific reference to this RFP number prior to 2 days of the due date of submission of the proposal. No request for information will be entertained after this.  The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information.

Pre-bid meeting

A pre-bid meeting through virtual platform will be held in [12.01.2021] as per date and time mentioned below.  Bidders are encouraged to seek clarifications during the pre-bid meeting and all queries will be addressed at this meeting. Written responses will also be submitted to all bidders within 2 working days of the meeting.

Bidders are requested to share their email address at jaipur.consultants@unicef.org, if interested to join in pre-bid meeting. The pre bid meeting will be conducted  on a virtual platform , either on MS Teams or on Zoom, bidders will receive the link of this pre bid meeting via email ID provided by them.

Due date and time for submission of the proposals

EMAILED BIDS must be sent exclusively to jaipur.consultants@unicef.org, in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (RFP-S&P-2021-001-9164313) in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than the (20 January 2021, Wednesday  – 12:00 midnight). No other recipient should be “Cc” or “Bcc” in the e-mail submission. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

PLEASE NOTE: email should not exceed 10MB. If bid response is larger than 10MB, please zip the files or divide response into separate files and send in multiple emails instead.

Bidders must submit their proposal, ensuring separate emails for the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal. Each email should indicate the Tender Number and Technical or Price Proposal in the subject line. The Financial Proposal must be submitted in an email separate from the rest of the proposal. NO PRICE INFORMATION SHOULD BE CONTAINED IN THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. Prices or rates shall not appear in any other part of the proposal.

Supplier will submit the proposals electronically to Bids at  jaipur.consultants@unicef.org in the following manner:

• Technical Proposal file clearly named as “Technical Proposal- RFP-S&P-2021-001-9164313”
• Financial Proposal file clearly named as “Financial Proposal- RFP-S&P-2021-001-9164313”   which should be password protected (password would be asked later).
