Workplace Improvement Services for EFCA and F4E (Furniture, Equipment, Layout and Design)

Item Description:

The European Fisheries Control Agency, (referred to below as “EFCA”) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose of the contract

The purpose of the contract is to conclude an interagency framework contract under the lead of European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA) with 1 service provider for the provision of services and related products in the area of workplace improvement. The successful tenderer shall provide a wide range of services to the contracting authorities, which may vary from purchase of simple office equipment or furniture to full office improvement turn-key projects. The European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy, (hereinafter ‘Fusion for Energy’, ‘F4E’) has joined this procurement and would use the resulting framework contract. No ICT or audio-visual equipment will be acquired under this contract.
