FAO invites you to submit an offer for the Manufacture and delivery of Reusable/ Washable Cloth Masks

COVID 19 Reusable Face masks:

a) Type of acceptable materials:

• Cotton (clothing, knit)
• Cotton (clothing, sweater)
• Polyester (Knit)

b) Number of layers:

• A minimum of three (3) layers of fabric that allow for breathing without restriction

c) Combination of material to be used:

• an innermost layer out of cotton or cotton blends
• an outermost layer made of polyester (navy blue in colour)
• a middle layer out of cotton layer
• be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape

d) Mask shape:

• Mask shapes include flat-fold or duckbill and are designed to fit closely over the nose, cheeks and chin of the wearer. Picture samples attached of required design.
• Ear loops in either elastic (preferably) or ties
• Be made of multiple layers of fabric that one can still breathe through, minimum three (3) layers of fabric.
• fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
• be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape

e) Printing

• printed with FAO logo and wording “Food and Agriculture Organization” in white on navy blue background
• printed with Full colour ZIRP logo” in white on navy blue background
