Item Description:

Procurement Services Unit (PSU) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid(s) to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

The purpose of the ITB is to set up multiple non-binding Long-Term Agreements (for global and regional projects) for various equipment detailed in this document with estimated contract value of USD 21 million for 3 years. While UNDP intends to establish the LTAs, there is no fixed committed contract amount and UNDP reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion to assure value for money.

Please note that the pre-bid conference (using Zoom meeting) is scheduled on 11 March 2021, 3.00 pm, Kuala Lumpur time zone (GMT +8). Meeting details will be provided directly to the bidders that express interest to participate by accepting invitation in eTendering and request by email to  pso.bids@undp.org .
