Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposal (RFP).
This RFP is comprised of the following sections and attachments:
- Section 1: Terms of Reference
- Section 2: Proposal Requirements and Evaluation
- Section 3: Proposal Submission
- Section 4: Legal Matters
- Annex 1: Certificate of Conformance.
- Annex 2: The Global Fund Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Services (“Terms and Conditions”).
During the time of COVID-19 crisis, cyber risks and cyber threat actors are targeting global health organisations. The Global Fund seeks a consultancy to help define, implement and support information security awareness training.
Scope/ Objective
The overall scope and objective is to assist the Global Fund and provide resource in 2021 for the design, development & implementation of enhancements to Microsoft Identity Manager and the Global Fund Identity & Access Management Platform.
– Develop and implement MIM customizations and enhancements as per GF requirements
Assist in definition, development and implementation of enhancements in MIM synchronization engine, MIM portal workflows and user interface in addition to integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, SQL Server and external cloud systems such as Oracle, Salesforce & Workday.
– Participate in the Global Fund system deployment lifecycle Support the Global Fund with elements of infrastructure deployments on all matters related to the Identity and Access Management platform including and implementation of proof-of-concepts for testing related scenarios.
Support the Global Fund with testing and production migration plans for the proposed solutions.
Setup high availability & DR capabilities for all systems related to the IAM platform.
Prepare solution design and functional specifications.
Prepare operational documentation and provide training & transition support to Operational Teams
Follow Global Fund defined Change & Problem Management procedures Provide recommendations on industry best practice & optimization & continuous improvement of the IAM platform
Tasks
- Manage & maintain the Dev/SAT infrastructure for IAM
- Setup POC implementations for requested enhancements
- Plan & implement Production deployments/ High availability/ DR
- Keep system versions up to date, plan System Upgrades
- Train & provide documentation for Operations Teams
- Provide third level support & troubleshooting
