Provision and Rendering of Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Ground Maintenance Services and Renovation/Alternation Works for the United Nation Office In Belgrade (UNOB)

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to launch a tender for the Provision and Rendering of Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Ground Maintenance Services and Renovation/Alternation Works for the United Nation Office in Belgrade (UNOB), Serbia. The Contractor shall be responsible for Provision of Ground and Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services; for repairing, replacing and maintaining of electrical, plumbing (water supply and sewage) systems, gardening, relocation and rearrangement of offices, snow cleaning including: equipment and tools; cleaning materials; supplies; environmentally friendly cleansing agents; consumables; building materials and vehicles for the execution of services in accordance with best commercial practices.

The Total Estimated Areas are as follows:

1. Internal Floor area: 1,009 m2
2. Garden areas: 1,765 m2
3. Drive way and parking area: 883 m2

This Contract is intended to be issued for one (3) year, with the possibility to extend for another two (2) additional one year periods (1+1).

Note: This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Companies, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
