The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the Provision for Cleaning and other related services for ELA’s premises as indicated at the contract notice.

Through this tender the Authority wishes to conclude a framework contract that includes all its cleaning needs to keep the premises up to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This also includes waste management including recycling.

The Authority is currently in a temporary location in Brussels and is expected to start moving to its permanent premises in Bratislava in Q3 2021. The first floor to be occupied will be the 14th floor in Q3 2021, followed by the 13th floor to be occupied within Q4 2021. The 3rd floor (conference floor) as well as the 11th floor will be made available at the latest in Q1 2022.

The building is located in the Bratislava I district and will include approximately 5 342 square meter gross floor area.
