Provision of Internet, Mobile Communication Services and Equipment for EASO in Spain

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The procedure will result in the conclusion of a single framework contract for the provision of Internet, mobile communication services and equipment for EASO in Spain.

Overall objective

The objective of the contract is to provide reliable and high-quality mobile voice & data communication solutions for EASO staff, and to provide internet connection in EASO future locations working sites in Spain. The internet connection will be most probably required in Madrid, where EASO will have this liaison office, and also in remote locations such as the Canary Islands (or other Spanish islands) and Ceuta.
