The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Objective of the contract

The objective of the contract is the Provision of collection, dispatch and delivery services for shipments of diplomatic bags departing from Brussels and intended for beneficiaries of diplomatic bag services within the European Union (Outbound shipments) and vice versa (Inbound shipments).

Lot 1: Shipments of 65 kg or less

Transport services for the diplomatic bag of the European Union for shipments of 65 kg or less.

Lot 2: Shipments of 65 kg or more

Transport services for diplomatic bags of the European Union for shipments over 65 kg.
