Supply and Delivery of Fire Protection Supplies

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites interested parties for the bidding of Fire Protection Supplies for the Asian Development Bank Headquarters Building.

Interested Bidders must send their contact details (name of firm, address, contact person, email address, telephone number) to sdiano@adb.org to access the Instructions to Bidders.

To be qualified for the Bidding, Bidders must:

(i)  Have the nationality on eligible country in accordance with Appendix 10. A Bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of a Member Country if it is constituted, or incorporated, and operates in conformity with the provisions of the laws of that country;

(ii)  Have an independent legal existence as a valid registered company in the Philippines for at least two (2) years;

(iii)  Have not been under a declaration or record of ineligibility for corrupt and/or fraudulent practices issued or kept by ADB; and

(iv)  Past performance at ADB (if applicable) will be taken into consideration as part of the bid evaluation.

The Bids should be sent electronically through ADB’s e-procurement system before 4:00

PM, 21 May 2021 to the attention of Senior Procurement and Contracts Specialist, Procurement and Contracts Administration, Corporate Services Department.

ADB reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the Bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidders of the grounds of ADB’s action.

This Invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of Bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
