Item Description:
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) intends to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with a reputable company for the Provision of Cleaning and Janitorial Services to OCHA Nigeria in Abuja, Maiduguri and Damaturu.
The support services required under this Scope of Work for five days per week include: Cleaning and Janitorial Services; Garbage and refuse removal; Minor gardening services.
The expected start date of the required services is 01 October 2021 for an initial period of two years with the possibility to extend for two additional periods of one year each (2 years +1 year +1 year).
Suppliers are asked to express their interest by sending their response form by the deadline indicated in this expression of interest.
