Item Description:
The United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement to establish a Contract that will include Supply and Delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) to UNMIK. Services will be based on the following details:
a) Heating System. Currently UNMIK has two (2) LPG tanks located in Prishtina, Kosovo.
b) The estimated fuel quantities for the period of one year are: LPG – 63,000 liters (heating system).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Contract or its sub-contractor shall be in possession of all relevant permits, amongst them but not limited to the “Business Registration Certificate and License” for the provision of required services in Kosovo and proof of permission/license issued by the relevant Government of Kosovo authorities to operate and/or import fuel in Kosovo.
UNMIK intend to contract a qualified company for a period of five years (3+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and related conditions.
Additional details, specifications shall be provided in the tender document to be issued subsequent to this EOI.

UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors which in UN’s sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified my receive the final tender solicitation documents.
Vendors must be registered and accepted at Level 1 under the United Nations Secretariat in United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org). See below the Vendor Response form of this EOI for additional instruction.
