Banking Services for the Deposit of Funds in Euro

Item Description:

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), (referred to below as ‘the Office’), is planning to award up to three (3) contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure.

The Office may deposit between EUR 20 and 50 million with each contractor. No undertakings are given regarding the balance that will be maintained on the business saving accounts.

The scope and objectives, duration and estimated volume are further detailed in the procurement documents that consist of the following annexes:

• Annex I: Tender specifications;
• Annex II: Technical specifications;
• Annex III: Standard Submission Form;
• Guidebook for tenderers.

Please note that the Guidebook for tenderers is included as a guidance and some part of the document may be not applicable to the nature of the services being procured. All documentation is available in the attached ZIP File.
