Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of the Payment System Modernization Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these loans for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Bank of Mongolia (BOM) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the contract “Big Data for the Bank of Mongolia”.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
