The European Commission, Joint Research Centre, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their annexes. The JRC-Petten needs a contractual agreement for the provision and operation of bus services for transporting passengers to and from Petten. This involves daily commute on working days (Monday to Friday) from various fixed locations in the northern region of the province of North Holland and Amsterdam to and from Petten (Westerduinweg 3, 1755 ZG, THE NETHERLANDS ), with stops. Commute shall take place in the morning from these fixed locations and shall return in the afternoon from the Petten site.
