Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Objective of the contract

The objective of the contract is for the Provision of Moving and handling services. The contract is divided into two lots, as described below.

Lot 1: Moving and handling services for the EC and associated entities

These services mainly concern moving and handling of furniture, equipment and/or office, technical, creche, exhibition and/or decoration material.

Lot 2: Handling, mail and archive processing services for the EC

Handling and logistics services and related services pertaining to mail and archive processing. These include, in particular, sorting, transport, packaging, packing, grouping, wrapping, warehousing, preparation or physical organisation of materials, including documents.
