Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Overall Objective

The overall objective of this framework contract is to ensure the supply of office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO needs, if and when needed, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment in the office buildings and in the field locations, promoting health and wellbeing of the occupants.

The call envisage conclusion of a framework contract to provide office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO in Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Spain (4 Lots):

• Lot 1: Provision of office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO in Greece;
• Lot 2: Provision of office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO in Cyprus;
• Lot 3: Provision of office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO in Italy;
• Lot 4: Provision of office, kitchen and outdoor furniture for EASO in Spain.
