Provision of Web Streaming Services and conducting of webinars

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of web streaming services and conducting of webinars.

The European Commission Representation in Denmark is seeking a service provider to provide the following services:

• Web streaming of events in Denmark, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands
• Conduction of webinars, from a meeting room in Denmark, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands
• Conduction of webinars, from the Contractor’s own studio.

The minimum requirements for the services of this tender are described below.

Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the tender specifications) are not allowed. The Contracting authority will disregard any variants described in the tender.

Background and objectives

The overall subject of the contract is provision of web streaming services and conduction of webinars in Denmark, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

The Contracting Authority in Denmark (hereafter “the Representation”) wishes to enhance its online presence using web streaming and webinars.

For this purpose, several kinds of support is required from the Contractor’s staff as well as technical support from cameramen, producers etc. who must be present during the event to provide technical support to stream the events to the general public, and receive feedback. The purpose of this call is to sign a framework contract with a Contractor who will handle all technical aspects related to the organising of such events.
