Supply of Medical Supplies

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites you to Bid for the supply of Medical, Supplies (hereby as referred to as “Goods”) in conformity with applicable material specifications and eco- labeling requirements, under Just-In-Time delivery – delivery at time required.

The Goods shall be complete in all respect and shall be provided in accordance with the Work Performance Statement (Appendix 1) and List of Medical Supplies (Appendix 1.1).

The submissions will be evaluated and successful Bidder/s will be contracted for an initial period of two (2) years, tentatively from 1 October 2021 to until 30 September 2023, through a Contract, in the form of a Framework Agreement.

The Goods to be supplied under the Purchase Order (PO) shall have their origin in, and be supplied from, eligible source countries, as listed in http://www.adb.org/about/members. “Origin” means place where the Goods are produced. The Goods are deemed as produced in a country when, through manufacturing, processing or substantial and major assembling of components, a commercially recognized product acquires a substantial difference in basic characteristics or in purpose or utility from its components.
