Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is issuing this Call for Tender with a view to sourcing one or several companies for providing host services.
The deadline for submission of offer is Monday, September 13th 2021, 14:00pm (Paris time).
A visit of our premises will take place on Thursday, September 2nd at 9am (Paris time) at 2, rue André Pascal 75016 Paris follow by a visit to the premises in 46 quai Alphonse Le Gallo 92100 Boulogne- Billancourt.
This visit is MANDATORY, if the candidate is not present during the visit, his offer will not be retained during the selection process.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour la mise à disposition de personnel d’accueil au siège de l’Organisation et dans ses annexes.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Lundi 13/09/2021 Septembre à 14h00 (heure de Paris).
Une visite de nos locaux se déroulera le jeudi 02/09/2021 septembre à 9h (heure de Paris) au 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris puis au 46 quai Alphonse Le Gallo 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt.
Cette visite est OBLIGATOIRE, si le candidat n’est pas représenté lors de la visite, son offre ne sera pas retenue lors de la phase de dépouillement.
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
