Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) requires the services of a contractor for the Maintenance of Substations, Grounding, Lightning, and Photovoltaic Systems, at the UNGSC premises in Brindisi – Italy.
It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for two (2) additional one-year terms.
The services are related, but not limited to the:
- Maintenance of grounding systems: installed on 61 facilities (buildings, warehouses and workshops);
- Maintenance of lightning systems: installed on 3 buildings;
- Maintenance of Substations: 10 substations;
- Maintenance of photovoltaic systems: 2,412 photovoltaic panels and 85 inverters;
- “As and when required” extra-services and spare parts for Grounding, Lightning, Substations and Photovoltaic Systems.
The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.
