Provision of Personal Protection Equipment items

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest EOI from duly registered companies for the Provision Personal Protection Equipment items TO MONUSCO -DRC.

The authorized representatives of manufacturers of the Personal Protection Equipment items shall have sufficient supply capacities to fulfill the requirements of the UNr and shall deliver goods to the location (MONUSCO DRC-GOMA), in accordance with Incoterms 2010, in line with the delivery time requirements .

MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies shall be requested to complete the UN Vendor registration for Level 2 on the vendor database accessible in UNGM (new Vendor only). A detail specification will be provided to companies shortlisted for receipt of the documents.
