ICT Emergency Response Equipment modules for OCHA

Item Description:

OCHA is looking for suppliers to provide and prepare pre-packaged ICT kits for emergency deployment to humanitarian disasters. There are multiple type of kits that will be ordered. The initial configuration of these kits will contain various types of equipment, namely, Bgan Explorers, Solar Power systems, wired phone handsets, Thrane and Thrane equiment, Ethernet Cable kit etc. (During the lifetime of the contract, it is expected that the contents of the kits will evolve, but not significantly.) For each kit ordered by OCHA/UNOG, the vendor will package all the required equipment into the specified case, adapting/cutting the foam filling, in order to secure the equipment, and to ease packing/unpacking of the case. In case of an emergency situation, the vendor must be able to provide a limited quantity of kits within eight working days. The maximum quantity of kits to be ordered under an emergency procurement process is between 1 and 3 kits of each.
