Service and Support Management of the European Web Site on Integration

Item Description:

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Objective of the Call for tender

The general objective of the tender is the service and support management of the whole content of the European Web Site on Integration i.e. of all the pages available on the website, which implies:

• gathering information on integration-related topics in the EU and presenting the good practices in the field of integration,
• keeping this information up-to-date, relevant and exhaustive, including development of new content and new pages if required
• promoting its use
• conducting analysis and publishing research results on issues relevant to integration
• Presenting the EU work on integration and providing updated information for stakeholders and practitioners on the implementation of the EU Action plan on integration and inclusion 2021-2027 and on funding opportunities
• Cooperating with the Commission’s services in charge of IT technical maintenance regarding the IT specifications and graphics of the website.
