Procurement of Civil Works for Contract Section I of the reconstruction project from Jiangbei Avenue to Heshen Road, Tongjiang Avenue

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Anhui Intermodal Sustainable Transport Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing payments under the contract for the Section I of Reconstruction Project from Tongjiang Avenue and Jiangbei Avenue to Heshen Road Section.

The Wuhu Highway Management Service Center (“the Employer”) now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the contract as below:
