Item Description:

The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, Cedefop, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose

This invitation to tender is requested for the acquisition of services to develop, test, organise and implement a European Training and Learning Survey (ETLS). The ETLS will enhance understanding by Cedefop and the wider research/policy community of the factors and contextual conditions affecting training, workplace learning and other forms of work-related learning among adults in wage and salary employment from all EU Member States plus Norway and Iceland.
