Procurement of reagent and laboratory supplies

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of reagent and laboratory supplies to be delivered to NAHPRI, GDAHP, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org).

Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid a) The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form. b) The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the forms enclosed. c) The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed.

Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached below; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid.

Offers will only be accepted if submitted through the UNGM Portal. 
Offers not submitted through the UNGM Portal will be invalidated.
