Vehicle Hire for IOM Abyei, South Sudan Operations on a Long-term Agreement Basis

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

IOM South Sudan invites interested Service Providers to submit RFQs/Quotations to engage Vehicle hire services for IOM Abyei South Sudan Operations on a Long-term Agreement Basis for a period of one (1) year with possibility of extension for one (1) or two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance.

RFQs/Quotations must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office addresses at New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba, South Sudan or UNCP Camp, UNISFA Compound, Abyei South Sudan on or before November 8, 2021, 17.00 hours local time. No late Quotation shall be accepted.

With this RFQ is the GIS which includes the Instructions to Service Providers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Service Providers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Provider/s or any obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
