Provision of Travel Management Services

The MISSIONS have an approximate total strength of 439 personnel, including military observers. For the years 2018 – 2019 the MISSIONS have issued a total of 609 international official tickets. The Contract is required for an initial a period of three (3) years with an option for two additional extensions of 1-year each (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1 years) at the sole discretion of the UN, subject to changes in operational requirements of the Missions, availability of funds, extension of the Missions mandate and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

The Contract shall be awarded on an all-inclusive basis. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary personnel, supervision, transport, any other equipment, permits, material, consumables, supplies, and all necessary arrangements, to ensure the fulfilment of its obligations of the Contract for its entire duration.
