Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Hunan Xiangjiang River Watershed Existing Solid Waste Comprehensive Treatment (Loan No.: 3712-PRC) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing payments under the contract for Leiyang Integrated MSW System Equipment (Contract No.: E-LY02). Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd., on behalf of Leiyang City Urban Management Bureau (the “Employer”), now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders for:
The scope of this contract includes the supply, installation, commissioning, and other related services of vertical compression equipment, spray deodorization equipment, sanitation vehicles, trash bin etc. Please refer to Section 6 Schedule of Supply of the Bidding Document for details. The cost estimate of the contract is CNY 62,300,000.00.
Delivery date: All the contract equipment shall be delivered within 180 days after signing the contract.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
