Item Description:

The European Patent Organisation is an intergovernmental organisation that was set up on 7 October 1977 on the basis of the European Patent Convention (EPC) signed in Munich in 1973. It has two bodies, the European Patent Office and the Administrative Council.

The European Patent Office, the executive arm of the European Patent Organisation, offers inventors a uniform application procedure which enables them to seek patent protection in up to 44 countries. The Office is supervised by the Administrative Council.

Objective of this tender

The European Patent Office seeks a strategic partner for different engineering services. These are tendered in following lots:

Lot 3: Structural engineering (§49 HOAI)
Lot 4: Electro (ELT), system groups 4, 5 and 8 (§ 53 HOAI)
Lot 5: HVAC, system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 (§ 53 HOAI)
Lot 6: Escaltors and elevators, system groups 6 (§ 53 HOAI)
Lot 7: Basic services of structural physics (Anlage 1 HOAI)
Lot 8: Facade planning (AHO Nr. 28)
Lot 9: Workplace scenarios
