Invitation to tender for ICT Consultancy

Item Description:

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose

ESMA, the European Bank Authority (EBA), the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) and the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) (contracting authorities) would like to sign framework contracts for ICT consultancy services that are described in these tender specifications and their annexes.

This procurement procedure concerns the establishment of multiple framework contracts in cascade signed between the contracting authorities represented by ESMA and maximum five successful tenderers. The framework contracts will be executed though specific contracts or order forms that will be signed separately by each contracting authority. Any reference to specific contracts in these tender specifications applies also to order forms.
