The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from this procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of this call for tender

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of services relating to urban and suburban passenger transport by road in Italy and exceptionally in Europe. The framework contract as well as the management of the services will be undertaken by means of purchase orders. Orders will be managed by an automated process, through the so-called shuttle workflow which shall be made available to the EFSA by the successful contractor. The specific conditions for performing the individual assignment will be defined on the purchase order.
