Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).
The Government of Republic of Angola has received loan from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Science and Technology Development Project (STDP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of the Luanda Science and Technology Park.
The STDP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of the Luanda Science and Technology Park, (hereinafter called “the Works”).
