Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services to the United Nations Industrial and Engineering Machines and Equipment located at UN Headquarters, New York

The UN Procurement Division is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and licensed vendors for the provision of maintenance and repair services to the United Nations’ industrial and engineering machines and equipment located at UNHQ in New York (e.g. electric jacks, Bobcat skid loader, thorklifts, forklifts, golf carts, among others). The services required include all preventative and corrective maintenance on the machines and equipment.

The UN expects the successful vendor to provide high quality services and workmanship. Vendors are expected to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts in the maintenance and repairs of the equipment. It is envisaged that the solicitation will be based on all inclusive-rates per equipment type of maintenance, labor rates and costs of parts for removals, repairs and replacements (not under warranty).

The resulting contract(s) will be for the provision of services for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend up to two (2) one (1) year periods at the UN’s option.
