Provision of IT Software Quality Services

Item Description:

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), (referred to below as ‘the Office’), is planning to award a maximum of 3 framework contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure.

The scope and objectives, duration and estimated volume are further detailed in the procurement documents that consist of the following annexes:

• Annex II: Technical specifications
• Annex III: Draft Framework Contract and General Terms and Conditions of the Office
• Annex IV: Standard Submission Form
• Annex V: Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Purpose

The aim of this call for tender is to obtain external provision of IT software quality services (ITSQS). By means of ITSQS, the contractor(s) will ensure that software life cycle processes and products are conform to EUIPO requirements, to standards and to procedures, at the appropriate quality and respecting timeliness aspects.
