Provision of Garage Services

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for provision of garage services for UNON official vehicles.

The scope of requirement includes but is not limited to the following:

a)  Service, repair & maintain all UNON vehicles to the highest standards in the market.
b)  Panel beat and spray paint the UNON vehicles as and when required.
c)  Provide breakdown services to the UNON vehicles.
d)  Schedule for the UNON vehicle service plans.
e)  Offer driver training and testing services when required.
f)  Supply and fix genuine service parts required for all UNON vehicles as and when necessary.
g)  Supply from time to time, as and when required, vehicle tyres, and fit them into the vehicles as may be necessary.
h)  Provide qualified mechanics and technicians to carry out any form of repairs to UNON vehicles.
i)  Provide detailed motor vehicle assessment report when called upon to do so.
